Peru Issues Boil Water Advisory

PERU - The City of Peru is issuing a boil water advisory beginning Monday, June 15.

The advisory will be in effect while maintenance is taking place on the well and temporary water treatment plant.

The advisory says water will be trucked from Auburn to supply the city.

Consumers are asked to practice water conservation during the maintenance period, which is estimated at three weeks.
