Restitution Ordered For School Settlement Fund

NEBRASKA CITY – A Colorado woman has been ordered to pay $7,500 restitution regarding funds awarded to her six-year-old son in a settlement with the Norris School District.

Prosecutors say 37-year-old Kathryn Hartling misused funds that were placed in her son’s account following injuries he sustained.

Hartling was sentenced to five years probation.
