Baker Order To Pay Restitution To Walmart
Nebraska City man sentenced for attempted possession of a stolen firearm

NEBRASKA CITY - Ryan Baker, 20, of Nebraska City was sentenced to two years probation for attempted possession of a stolen firearm in November of 2018.
He was also ordered to pay $35.16 to Walmart as restitution.
Police arrested Baker after responding to shoplifting report and say Baker took three shotgun shells and a few .22 caliber bullets from the store despite having over $1,000 cash in his pocket.
Police reported that a search of a vehicle in the parking lot yielded methamphetamine and a firearm.
