PLATTSMOUTH – Cass County Sheriff William Brueggemann reports a rollover, injury accident Wednesday morning on Highway 34 near Elmwood.

Investigators say 77-year-old William Hoppe of Lincoln took evasive action to avoid a highway collision and went into the ditch, where his Kia Sorrento to roll once and come to rest on its top in the creek.

Hoppe was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln for minor injuries.
