NEBRASKA CITY-Every Saturday night the Nebraska City Community Foundation Fund hosts a cruise that takes place on Central Avenue in Nebraska City. On May 9th The NCCFF, News Channel Nebraska Television, B103/KNCY Radio, Bernard Real Estate and Auction, and Larson Motors are coming together to showcase Nebraska City to the entire state of Nebraska.

With the COVID-19 Pandemic the NCCFF organized the event to "come together as a community to express our gratitude for the leaders, medical providers, and service people who make our community strong! Every Saturday at 7:00 pm, show your community pride! Honk, Wave, Applaud, show your community pride. Just please remember to stay 6 feet away from your neighbors. It is important to show our appreciation to everyone who is helping keep us safe and preventing the spread of COVID-19!

On May 9th the members and donors of the Nebraska City Community Foundation Fund will celebrate: Mothers, 2020 Graduates, Teachers, Parents who have become teachers in their homes, Health care professionals, and people who go to work every day to keep food on our tables."
