One Injured In Industrial Road Accident

NEBRASKA CITY – A Nebraska City man was taken to the hospital this morning following a traffic accident at the intersection of Industrial Road and Steinhart Park Road.

Terry Womochil, 54, was driving a Chevrolet pickup on Industrial Road when the truck was hit on the driver’s side by a 2004 KIA.

The KIA was driven by 20-year-old Austin Hickey, who told police he was late to work and did not see Womochil’s pickup when he pulled from the stop sign.

An accident report says Womochil sustained minor injuries.
