Motorcycle Crash Injures Plattsmouth Man

GLENWOOD – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says a Plattsmouth man crashed a 2019 Harley Davidson motorcycle on 230^th Street Saturday.

Justin Doering, 47, was traversing a curve on northbound 230^th Street. The motorcycle lost traction around the curve and the driver was unable to maintain control of the bike.

The sheriff’s office press release says the bike laid over on the left side and slid into the ditch.

The driver was wearing a helmet and the helmet did hit the pavement.

Doering was transported to Jenny Edmundson Hospital by Glenwood Rescue.
