NEBRASKA CITY – A Syracuse woman has been fined $500 after she drove up on Fifth Street property in Syracuse during a search warrant search.
Court records say Cindy Suppes, 54, pulled up in a car during the search on May 16. Deputies say they found meth in a make-up bag when they extended their search to her vehicle.
Suppes entered a plea to unlawful acts related to drugs.
The resident at the residence, 30-year-old Gabrielle Suppes, is scheduled for a Feb.10 court hearing on a possession charge.
Another co-defendant, 40-year-old Corey Pummel of Nebraska City, was sentenced to 18 months probation.
