NEBRASKA CITY – Nebraska City is ready for the next 50 years of its AppleJack Festival.

NCTC Director Amy Allgood said the 51st annual AppleJack will feature standards, such as the marching band competition and classic car show, and new attractions like the Tree Top Village at Arbor Day Farm.

Allgood: “Nebraska City in on the map nationwide for this festival, recently adding some new media to our portfolio.”

The AppleJack Festival was listed in Oprah Magazine’s Top 20 Best Harvest Festivals Across America. The Daily Meal chose AppleJack in its listing of the best food festivals in every state.

Returning for a second year is the “Taste of AppleJack” and “all things apple” contest, where visitors sample things made with apples.
