NCTC Organizing Scarecrow Contest

By News Channel NebraskaNEBRASKA CITY – Nebraska City Tourism and Commerce is organizing the fourth annual scarecrow decorating contest for Nebraska City businesses.
Scarecrows will be on display Oct. 9 through Oct. 21. Winners will be announced Nov. 1.
Beginning Oct. 9, ballots can be picked up at local businesses or printed from the NCTC website at GoNebraskaCity.com
The deadline to register is Oct. 2.
