NEBRASKA CITY – Police are looking for a Nebraska City man suspected of possession of over 28 grams of methamphetamine in August of 2023.

Aaron Lacy, 46, was arrested along with 37-year-old Ashley Lambirth of Nebraska City after asset protection at Walmart called police regarding intruders who had been banned from the store. An Otoe County Sheriff’s Office K9 indicated to a vehicle in the parking lot where deputies found two bags of methamphetamine containing 61 grams.

Lambirth was sentenced to one to eight years in prison, but Lacy failed to appear in court in November, February, May and July. His $900 bond provision has been forfeited.
