FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Sept. 25 including drug and habitual criminal charges.

Alicia Milliken, 36, of Dwight, Neb., is suspected of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hazardous drug with intent to deliver on Sept. 13.

Belinda Heastan, 49, of Du Bois is suspected of possession and delivery on Sept. 10.

Luis Morales, 22, Dallas, TX was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving Under Revocation. 

The sheriff’s office suggests a habitual criminal charges against 65-year-old Thomas Epperson of Shubert and 36-year-old Jacob Feldkamp of Bern, Kan.

At Wednesday’s county board meeting, commissioners approved $2,900 for a safety restrain chair and $4,122 for a medication cart.
