Embretson makes probation deal

FALLS CITY – Kyle Embretson, 68, of Falls City has been sentenced to two years probation for attempted delivery, possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl in February.

An arrest affidavit says the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office was investigating methamphetamine distribution related to East View Apartments and suspected that Embretson provided finances for women who purchased methamphetamine “in dealer quantity” from Horton, Kan.

Deputies say a search of Embretson’s property yielded fentanyl patches and 2.5 grams of meth.
