LINCOLN - The U.S. Attorney’s Office reports a prison sentence for 62-year-old Gary Graham of Nebraska City for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

Investigators worked with a cooperating individual and say meth was purchased at Graham’s Nebraska City residence on three occasions.

In February of 2021, investigators searched Graham’s residence, but say Graham and a co-defendant, Jamie McGinnis, tried to flush drugs and paraphernalia down the toilet.

A press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office says investigators found evidence of drug distribution on Graham’s cell phone. Several witnesses provided information to law enforcement about having purchased or received distribution quantities from Graham between 2018 and 2022.

Graham is sentenced in federal court to 132 months followed by 5 years of supervised release.

McGinnis was sentenced to 60 months in prison and four years supervised release.
