Bachman, Alexander arrested after home searches

FALLS CITY - Stephanie Bachman, 25, of Lincoln was sentenced in Richardson County to 18 months of probation for attempted possession in July of 2022.

The terms of probation include a continuous alcohol monitoring device and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse evaluation, as well as a parenting class.

Bachman was arrested along with three others after the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office searched a Humboldt residence and reported finding methamphetamine.

Terry Alexander, 53, of Falls City was sentenced Tuesday to 18 months of probation for possession on Aug. 1.

An arrest affidavit says Alexander answered the door when the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from Brown County, Kan., served a knock and announce search warrant at  a Harlan Street residence.

Investigators say less than a gram of meth was found along with plastic bags and cut straws in Ms. Alexander’s phone wallet.
