Director gives city council yearly report

NEBRASKA CITY - The Morton-James Public Library presented its annual report to the city council Monday.

Director Donna Kruse  said the library visitor count was up by 4,500 people and library WiFi usage was up by over 12,000 logins.

Attendance at library programs was by by 1,400 people to exceed 8,000 and over 55,000 items were circulated.

The library continued its homebound program by delivering 640 items.

The library was recently nominated for NCTC’s organization of the year.
