Update: The sexual assault charge against Dupreez has been dismissed.
TECUMSEH – Moaner Dupreez, 42, of Tecumseh is charged in Johnson County with first degree sexual assault on Dec. 17.
An arrest affidavit says the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office received a text message asking for help and later a 911 call from a woman who reported a sexual assault.
The affidavit says deputies made contact with Dupreez in the driver’s seat of a pickup truck near the alleged victim’s residence.
Dupreez, who is also charged with refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test, told deputies that the woman was driving the vehicle.
