Fatal accident near Palmyra Thursday

PALMRYA - The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a fatality accident Thursday evening on Highway 2 near Palmyra.

Palmyra and Douglas emergency crews were dispatched at 5:41 p.m. for a two-vehicle accident in the westbound lanes.

The Nebraska State Patrol says the driver of one vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was transported to Bryan West with non-life-threatening injuries.
