Community Medical Center plans charity golf tournament

FALLS CITY - The Community Medical Center Foundation’s Golf “fore” good health features a list of celebrities, including Heisman trophy winners Mike Rozier, Johnny Rodgers and USC All-American Mike Garrett.

Clester Johnson of the Nebraska national championship team in 1995 and Ricky Simmons of the 1983 Huskers are also among the special guests.

A meet and greet and fish fry is scheduled for the general public on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Falls City Elks Club.

A 4-person, 18-hole scramble is Friday morning at the Falls City Golf Course.
