RCSO suspects illegal drugs at sentencing hearing

FALLS CITY - Emmanuel Love, 23, of Warr Acres, Okla., is suspected of possession and tampering with evidence after remnants of pills were found in a Richardson County courtroom and  prisoner transport vehicle on March 14.

Court records say Love was sentenced to 45 days in jail for attempted possession of concentrated THC and fined $500 for possession of less than a pound of marijuana on May 13.

A deputy sheriff told the court he suspects Love took pills from his pocket while being transported to the jail  and partially crushed the pills with his shoes. Particles of pills were also turned in by a citizen who said they were found in the courtroom near where Love had been seated.
