PLATTSMOUTH, Neb. -- Authorities said that a missing Plattsmouth woman was found Sunday evening. 

The Nebraska State Patrol announced Monday morning that Patricia Lanam was found, cancelling the EMA.

Around 10:30 a.m., the NSP said that 69-year-old Lanam was found dead outside in a back yard on Sunday around 5 p.m.

In a Facebook post issued Saturday night by the Plattsmouth Police Department, officials indicated that 68-year-old Patricia Lanam was found.

Both Plattsmouth PD and the Nebraska State Patrol had been looking for Lanam after she had last been seeing on Friday night.

Plattsmouth Police Department was the investigating agency for this case. 

PPD said the investigation concluded with Lanam's cause of death was due to medical conditions, along with being outside int he extreme cold temperatures at the time of her disappearance. 

Authorities said that suspicious activity was not suspected.
