(Peru, Neb.)—On Monday, October 10, and Tuesday, October 11, the Peru State women's golf team finished in tenth place at the Evangel Fall Invitational in Springfield Mo., shooting 762 overall as they shot 385 in round one and 377 in round two shooting +97.
 
Below is a breakdown of how each women shot and placed individually…
 
Kelsi DeCora (Winnebago) finished in 27th place shooting 179 over the two days with a 90 in round one and an 89 in round two shooting +39.
 
Alyssa Empfield (Grand Island) finished tied for 39th place shooting 188 over the two days with a 95 in round one and a 93 in round two shooting +48.
 
Morgan Runyan (Denton, Texas) and Lara Wells (Girard, Kan.) finished tied for 44th place shooting 196 over the two days. Runyan shot 101 on day one and 95 on day two, while Wells shot 99 in round one and 97 in round two shooting +56.
 
Olivia McAsey (Holton, Kan.) finished in 50th place shooting 199 over the two days, she shot 101 in round one and 98 in round two shooting +59.
 
Lauren Lawless (Basehor, Kan.) finished in 54th place shooting 211 over the two days, she shot 104 in round one and 107 in round two shooting +71.
 
Madison Krejci (Hampton, Ga.) finished in 56th place shooting 218 over the two days, she shot 103 in round one and 115 in round two shooting +78.
 
Jayden Duff (Frontenac, Kan.) finished in 57th place shooting 233 over the two days, she shot 112 in round one and 121 in round two shooting +93.
 
The Peru State women's golf team will hit the links one last time this fall at the Midwest Intercollegiate Invitational at the Preserve at Rathbun Lake in Moravia, Iowa, on Monday, October 24, and Tuesday, October 25.
