Slain teen’s loved ones to pardons board: Release Jackson, he didn’t do it

Earnest Jackson has been imprisoned at the state pen for 22 years for murder despite another man saying under oath he pulled the trigger. Now, the loved ones of Larry Perry say Jackson is innocent and calling on the pardons board to release him Monday.
