Falls City police report 212 traffic stops in mobilization

FALLS CITY – Falls City police report 212 traffic stops during the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Mobilization through New Year’s Day.

There were 30 citations and 177 written warnings, as well as 144 calls for service.

Officers made three arrests and responded to a traffic accident.

Police worked a total of 32 hours  overtime during the mobilization, which was funded by Nebraska Department of Transportation.
