FALLS CITY – Deidra Kirkendall, 38, of Falls City was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison for delivery of methamphetamine on Sept. 11, 2020.

Deputy Richardson County Attorney Samantha Scheitel said Kirkendall’s probation has been revoked on a federal case and she is now serving time in federal prison. The Richardson County sentence will run at the same time as the federal.

Kirkendall will be eligible for parole in just over a year.

She was arrested when Sheriff Rick Hardesty pulled her over in Rulo for a window tint violation.
