FALLS CITY -  A Humboldt man, who is set for trial Tuesday on a charge of protection order violation, has been charged with possession of methamphetamine on Oct. 26.

Frank Worthey, 49, has entered a not guilty plea to harassment allegations in April and June. An affidavit says Worthey is accused of placing a recording device at a Humboldt residence. He failed to appear in court on Oct. 12 and Oct. 19 and a warrant for his arrest was issued.

An affidavit regarding the meth charge says meth was found in a vehicle that Worthey had been driving when arrested.
