Suspect arrested after pursuit from Kansas

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest following a pursuit that started in Kansas and crossed the border into Nebraska.

At 11:40 p.m. Saturday, deputies arrested 23-year-old Davionne Starks-Briggs of Houston, Texas.

He is suspected of operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest, resisting arrest and possession of a deadly weapon. He is also held on Lancaster and Douglas county warrants.
