FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports methamphetamine arrests following a Highway 75 traffic stop on Saturday.

A Facebook post says deputies stopped a Ford F-150 pickup near 708 Road.

Samantha Gerry, 31, of Topeka, Kan., is suspected of possession and unlawful acts related to drugs.

Buckley Auxier, 51, of Dawson is also suspected of possession.

In a separate case, the sheriff’s office searched Auxier’s Dawson residence in September after a search of a Humboldt residence.

A judge issued the search warrant after deputies said a Humboldt woman told them Auxier had “fronted her two eight balls of methamphetamine” and told deputies she was on her way to Auxier’s residence to get more methamphetamine when she realized she was being observed by sheriff deputies at returned to Humboldt.

Auxier is scheduled for a settlement conference on June 17 on reduced charges of delivery of a hazardous drug on Sept. 11.

He had been released on a $5,000 bond provision.

On May 25, District Judge Julie Smith agreed to modify Auxier’s bond to allow him to leave the state for work purposes. His lawyer told the judge that Auxier had opportunity to use his trade as a welder.
