Second Falls City man taken to hospital with serious injuries

By News Channel NebraskaKANSAS - The Kansas Highway Patrol reports a fatality accident Wednesday involving a Falls City man.
The accident report says a passenger in a Buick Century, 36-year-old Andrew Vaughan of Falls City, was killed in the accident six miles east of Morrill in Brown County.
The driver, Martin Richbourg, 22, was taken to the Kansas University Medical Center with serious injuries.
Investigators say the Buick and an Acura MDX collided on a curve of Horned Owl Road at 8:45 a.m.
The Acura driver, 40-year-old Tad Alfrey of Seneca, was uninjured.
