OMAHA, Neb. -- The man accused of killing an Omaha realtor was in court this week.

Ross Lorello had his preliminary hearing in Douglas County Court on Tuesday.

Lorello is currently in the Douglas County Jail on first-degree murder and felony weapon charges. Investigators allege he shot Omaha realtor Mickey Sodoro once in the back of the head last month.

Prosecutors told the judge that they believe they have enough evidence to prove that Lorello is guilty of murder.
