PLATTSMOUTH - Turner Payne, 36, of Plattsmouth is charged in Cass County with terroristic threats and use of a firearm to commit a felony.

A Plattsmouth police affidavit says officers were dispatched Friday to a Casey’s gas station for a man brandishing a firearm.

Police stopped Payne and say a 9 mm with magazine loaded with 17 rounds was found.

The affidavit says two witnesses told police that Payne pulled out the firearm, racked the slide back on the firearm and pointed it at them. A witness told police Payne got out of a van and pointed the weapon at them.

Bond was set at $50,000.
