Michael Warren, 54, Nebr. City
Michael S. Warren, age 54 of Nebraska City passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021 at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
Michael Scott “Mike” Warren was born on June 4, 1966 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Nebraska City, NE; the son of Ronald and Judy (Platt) Warren. He graduated from West High School in Rockford, IL with the Class of 1984.
Mike owned and operated Snapdragon Floral in Nebraska City. He started the business on September 30, 2002. He took pride in every arrangement he made and was always more than willing to help everyone who walked through his door.
Mike was just amazing. He was one of the kindest souls to have ever walked the earth. His love for the Lord showed through everything he did. He loved his family and friends with his whole heart. Mike may have loved animals more. He was a very talented artist who loved making floral arrangements and sketching or painting a picture. Golfing with friends and family or casting out a line in hopes for that big bass are just a few things he really enjoyed. His trucks were where all his money was spent. I think he may have taken a piece of every heart he touched with him. He will truly be missed.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mom and dad, Judy and Ronald Warren of Early, IA; siblings: Tamara Funkhouser and husband Steven of Portsmouth, VA, Christopher Warren and wife Marianne of Elmore City, OK and Lisa Carmona and husband Robert of Rockford, IL; nieces and nephews: Skyler Warren, Taylor Warren, Austin (Wendy) Warren and Autumn (Ethan) Meeks; great niece and nephew: Vincent and Violet Meeks; special cousin Shelli Hayes of Murray, NE; special friends: Anthony Castiglioni, Ronnie Rowton, Josh Greenwood, Nick Shimmel, Patrick Heskett and Steve Roush all of Nebr. City; many aunts, uncles and other family and friends.
