NEBRASKA CITY – The Nebraska State Patrol arrested a  Casper, Wyo., pair Wednesday on drug charges after a Highway 2 traffic stop.

An arrest affidavit says an Otoe County K9 indicated on a vehicle driven by 37-year-old Amber Powell and a passenger, 52-year-old Thomas King, handed over a large knife.

Court records say 3 grams of meth and 9 Prazosin Hydrochloride pills were found.

Powell is suspected of possession and King is suspected of possession and carrying a concealed weapon.
