Prescription fraud suspected at Sidney

SIDNEY, Iowa – The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests stemming from a prescription fraud investigation.
A sheriff’s office press release says 29-year-old Travis Locke of St. Paul, Minn., and 35-year-old James Webb of Chicago were arrested after deputies were called to Penn Drug in Sidney, Ia.
Deputies say there was an attempt to obtain a controlled substance with a fraudulent prescription.
The sheriff’s office also reports the arrest of 20-year-old Dretavious Evans of Lincoln following a Nov. 29 traffic stop near the Missouri River bridge at Nebraska City.
The sheriff’s office says a loaded firearm and marijuana were found in Evan’s vehicle.
