Sheriff's Office Posts Sugar Cookie Gift

AUBURN – The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office reports an act of kindness on its Facebook page.

In June, deputies were recipients of sugar cookies. The post says they have also received cupcakes, breads and a bag of goodies donated by local businesses.

The post says the law enforcement offices are grateful for the support, whether it’s a wave, nod or silent prayer.
