Pioneers Qualify Four To State Wrestling

The 2020 State Wrestling Championships are scheduled Feb. 20-22

 Nebraska City has four athletes to qualify for the State Wrestling Championships at CHI Health Center Omaha.

• Alfredo Valquier, 285 pounds, district champ
• Carlos Prados, 113 pounds, district finalists
• Chance Sjulin, 160 pounds, district third
• Gavin Bailey, 220, district fourth

First round classes B and C is at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 20.

First and second round consolation for Class B and C is 9:30 am., Feb. 21

Consolation semifinals for all classes is at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday

Finals for all classes at 2 p.m. on Saturday
