PLATTSMOUTH – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports a two-vehicle injury accident near Greenwood on Wednesday morning and a separate erratic driving report on Thursday.

A Pontiac driven by 29-year-old Desiree Clancy of Ashland and a Lexus driven by 60-year-old Terri Lambe of Lincoln collided on Highway 6 near Greewood.

The press release says Clancy lost control while attempting to pass. She was cited for careless driving and no valid insurance.

Greenwood Rescue transported Lambe to a Lincoln hospital.

The sheriff’s office also responded to a report of someone in a white Ford pickup driving erratically and throwing beer bottles from the vehicle.

A press release says deputies believe there was an attempt to switch drivers after deputies arrived in the area of Kenosha Road.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
