NEBRASKA CITY – An Otoe County court has issued arrest warrants after three Kansas residents failed to show up for a court hearing on marijuana charges.

Court records say an Otoe County sheriff’s deputy stopped an SUV on Highway 2 east of Dunbar and found over a pound of marijuana.

Jericho Jones, 33, of Olathe, Charles Buck, 32, of Gardner, and Jesse Bergerhofer, 47, of Kansas City were cited Nov. 7, but the court says they did not show up for a Dec. 18 court hearing.
