Nebraska City Man Charged With Knife Assault

NEBRASKA CITY – A Nebraska City man is scheduled for a Nov. 20 preliminary hearing in Otoe County Court on a felony domestic assault charge.

Ian Richard, 20, is accused of arguing with an intimate partner at his 16^th Street trailer house. An arrest affidavit says Richard used a knife to cut a woman’s knee during an argument.
