AppleJack Car Shows Downtown, Arbor Lodge

NEBRASKA CITY –  River City Classics Car Club will host the 2019 AppleJack car show on Central Avenue on Sunday, Sept. 22.

 

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and trophies will be awarded at 3 p.m. Music by Michael Moyer of Kansas City.

Trophies include the Shane Stephenson Memorial Trophy for a military veteran, as well as the Bob Lechner Memorial Trophy and the Randy Wilken Family Trophy.

The car club donated over  $4,000 to local organizations last year, including flood relief for Hamburg, Iowa, and Peru, Neb.

A model A car show is scheduled 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at Arbor Lodge State Historical Park.

The car show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is accompanied by the Tree City Pickers and the Cortland Opry House Dulcimer Players from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
