PLATTSMOUTH - Cass County Sheriff William Brueggemann reports an accident Thursday morning at the intersection of Highway 34 and Murray Road.

A 2016 Subaru Outback driven by 33-year-old Jillian Rogers of Omaha and a 1998 Mercury Marquis driven by Cheryl Strickler, 63, of Bellevue collided.

Strickler was turning from Highway 1 onto Highway 75.

The crash forced both vehicles to come to rest in the middle of the intersection.

Murray Rescue took Strickler to the Nebraska Medical Center with possible neck injuries. Roger refused transport.
