Waddling Into Town? Valentine Council to Consider Allowing Ducks Into City Limits, Possible Water Study, Wellness Center Funding Application and Subdivision Plans

In addition to the possible poultry ordinance change, council members are expected to take up several other items, including platting and public improvements design for a proposed subdivision, a revised application under the state’s Sports Arena Facility Financing Assistance Act, and discussion of a potential water system analysis.
