Winter weather advisory issued for northern Nebraska Panhandle

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for parts of the Nebraska Panhandle and Niobrara County, Wyoming, with snowfall expected to impact the region beginning Sunday.
