NIRMA highlights Nemaha County
1883 photo of Auburn named the county seat hangs in board room

AUBURN - The Nebraska Intergovernmental Risk Management Association is featuring Nemaha County in an upcoming issue of the bi-monthly magazine “Interchange.”
Brandy Johnson of NIRMA was on hand Wednesday to take a group photo of courthouse staff.
County Clerk Diane Johnson shared a photo taken outside of the courthouse after the county seat was moved from Brownville to Auburn in 1883.
NIRMA is a self-insurance pool that offers liability protection. Member counties include Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee and Cass counties.
