FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports 11 arrests through March 14.

Nicole Harkendorff, 45, of Falls City is suspected of conspiracy to commit a felony and Darren Tracy, 52, of Falls City is suspected of possession of child pornography.

Brittany Neemann, 31, of Stella was arrested on a Richardson County warrant for possession.

A 68-year-old Falls City man is suspected of third offense driving under the influence.

Tracy was earlier scheduled for a court appearance March 20 on separate charges of delivery and possession on March 5.

An arrest affidavit says Richardson County sheriff’s deputies went to East View Apartments as a follow up to a February search warrant. Lacy is out on bond in relation to the search.

Deputies say they found methamphetamine in his pocket and a message on his phone with a person who is currently in drug court about “tossing me a little.”

The sheriff’s office says this was in reference to delivery of methamphetamine near a playground.

Also in county court, Kyle Hague, 21, of Falls City and Terry Pelletier, 48, of Falls City are charged with assault on March 9.

An affidavit says A Falls City police officer broke up a fight near Seventh and Lane streets.

Pelletier is charged with assault on an officer and Hague is charged with possession of a THC product.
