Tecumseh stop yields delivery charge

 TECUMSEH – Joshua Sciarappa, 32, of Lincoln is charged in Johnson County with delivery of amphetamine and Ecstacy on March 5.

An arrest affidavit says a Johnson County sheriff’s deputy was observing the intersection of highways 50 and 136 at Tecumseh and stopped Sciarappa on a Cass County warrant.

The deputy says illegal drugs and $340 in cash were seized. The affidavit says a search of the vehicle yielded syringes and 38 clear bags with trace amounts of controlled substances.
