OMAHA- The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for 13 counties in southeast Nebraska.

The advisory runs from 10 a.m. Thursday to 1 a.m. on Friday.

Northwest winds of 30 to 35 mph and gusts up to 50 mph are forecast for east central and southeast Nebraska.

The advisory includes the cities of Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Seward, Milford, Lincoln, Plattsmouth, Nebraska City, Crete, Wilber, Fairbury, Beatrice, Tecumseh, Sterling, Auburn, Pawnee City, Table Rock and Falls City.
