NC Man Accused Of Dealing Marijuana Products

NEBRASKA CITY – A 20-year-old Nebraska City man is charged in Otoe County with possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

A $10,000 bond was set last week for Kody Sullivan alleging possession of marijuana in an ounce bag, THC wax, unopened THC concentrated packages and vapor cartridges.

In an arrest affidavit, police say there were watching a Ford Crown Victoria that had been parked at the Lied Lodge and Conference Center and pulled over the car on Steinhart Park Road.

Otoe County Public Defender Michael Ziskey has asked the court to withdraw from the case.
