Falls City Joins East Central Conference

 FALLS CITY – Falls City School Superintendent Tim Heckenlively announced Wednesday that the school has been accepted into the East Central Nebraska Conference.

ECNC Director Ryan Terwilleger, superintendent of the Malcolm Public Schools,  welcomed Falls City to the educational community.

ECNC schools for 2021 include Elmwood-Murdock, Freeman, Johnson County Central, Malcolm, Mead, Palmyra, Weeping Water, Auburn and Falls City.

The ECNC events for today, including Auburn baseball at Beatrice and the track invitational at Nebraska City, have been canceled.

District baseball at Mead and track relays at Auburn on May 12 have not been canceled.
