Nebraska Family Distiller Has First Responders' Backs

BEATRICE - Taking a page out of production during time of war..a Nebraska owned family distillery is helping first responders during the coronavirus pandemic.
Soldier Valley Patriarch Distillers, a small LaVista, Nebraska-based family owned distillery, stopped its regular production to switch to making hand sanitizer for first responders.
Beatrice Police say other businesses began donating spray bottles to be able to apply the sanitizer. The sanitizer came in goat milk jugs that were donated.
Local police are publicly thanking Soldier Valley 6 for keeping the community safe. Police say the company's efforts help keep first responders healthy and everyone they transport, safer.
The production of the sanitizer helps keep work spaces and patrol vehicles sanitized every shift.
That number 6 on the bottle stands for, “I’ve got your back.”
